La carrure et le fond du boîtier en argent sont guillochés; la lunette, le cercle du fond et l'anneau du pendant sont en or.
Le cadran en émail blanc, fixé par une vis, est peint de chiffres arabes noirs pour les heures. Chaque division du cercle extérieur représente cinq minutes, les demi-quarts et les quarts étant marqués par des traits plus épais. L'unique aiguille en acier bleui effectue un tour en douze heures; son extrémité effilée permet la lecture aisée de la minute.
Le mouvement ne comprend qu'une seule platine, qui supporte le barillet placé au centre. Il possède un échappement à cylindre avec "tuile en rubis", un balancier simple à trois bras, un spiral plat en acier bleui, une raquette à bilame de compensation thermique. Les pivots du balancier sont protégés par le dispositif "parechute", inventé par Breguet.
Le remontage du mouvement s'effectue par une clé, soit du côté cadran, au centre de l'aiguille, soit du côté mouvement, au centre du barillet. La mise à l'heure se fait directement par l'aiguille, ajustée à frottement gras sur un canon fixé sur le barillet.

Das weisse Emailzifferblatt ist mit einer Schraube befestigt; es trägt gemalte arabische Stundenziffern in Schwarz. Aussenkreis mit Fünfminuteneinteilung, Halbviertel und Viertel sind durch dickere Striche markiert. Ein einziger Zeiger aus gebläutem Stahl macht in zwölf Stunden einen Umlauf; seine langgezogene Spitze erleichtert das Ablesen der Minuten.
Das Uhrwerk besteht aus nur einem einzigen Platin, das das zentral angeordnete Federhaus trägt. Es verfügt über eine Zylinderhemmung mit Rubinplättchen, eine einfache dreiarmige Unruh mit Flachspirale aus gebläutem Stahl und einen Rücker mit Bimetallstreifen zur thermischen Kompensation. Die Unruhzapfen sind durch das von Breguet erfundene “Parechute”-System geschützt.
Der Aufzug erfolgt mit Schlüssel, auf der Zifferblattseite im Zentrum des Zeigers oder auf der Werkseite im Zentrum des Federhauses, die Zeigerstellung direkt über den Zeiger, der mit Gleitreibung auf einem auf dem Federhaus befestigten Stundenrohr sitzt.

Both the silver caseband and back are engine-turned. The bezel, the rim on the back and the pendant bow are all gold.
The white enamel dial, which is affixed with a screw, has black painted Arabic numerals for the hours. The exterior circle is divided into five-minute, half-quarter and quarter-hour graduations, each marked by a thicker stroke. The single blued steel hand, whose tapered tip makes it easy to read the time to the nearest minute, rotates once every twelve hours.
The movement only has one plate, which supports the barrel placed at the centre. It comprises a ruby cylinder escapement with a ruby pallet, a simple three-armed balance, a flat blued steel balance spring, and a bimetallic temperature-compensation regulator. The pivots of the balance are protected by Breguet’s own “parachute” system.
The movement is wound by a key, either at the centre of the hand on the dial side, or at the centre of the barrel on the movement side. The time is set by turning the hand, which is adjusted to a friction fit on a tube attached to the barrel.

银质表壳中框与底盖饰以精美玑镂雕花纹饰；表圈、后盖圆环及吊环则以黄金制成。白色珐琅表盘由一枚螺丝固定，其上以黑色阿拉伯数字显示小时刻度。外圈每一格代表五分钟，半刻与整刻位置以较粗刻线标示。唯一一枚蓝钢指针每十二小时旋转一周；其纤细尖端亦可清晰读取分钟时间。
机芯采用单夹板结构，其中央承载着发条盒，配备圆柱式擒纵机构，并采用带“红宝石承片”的设计；另有三臂式单金属摆轮、蓝钢平游丝，以及双金属温度补偿调节针。
摆轮轴心配有由 亚伯拉罕-路易·宝玑 (Abraham-Louis Breguet) 发明的“Parechute”避震保护装置。机芯需以钥匙上链：既可从表盘上指针中心位置操作，也可从机芯发条盒中心上链。时间调校则直接通过指针完成，指针以摩擦配合方式安装于固定在发条盒上的轴管之上。
